A LITTLE ABOUT US... (Our Mission, Goals and Pledge)

    Duerr Law Office, P.S.C.  provides a wide range of general legal services.  We prepare wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, mortgages, and lien statatements. We frequently assist in the formation, production and filing of all types of business organizations and other legal documentation. 

       We provide highly experienced commercial and residential real and personal property title opinions.  With a full and energetic staff, state of the art computer technology, and offsite escrow management safeguards, we are able to provide all document preparation and security to close virtually any type of mortgage loan or cash transaction.  We issue both lenders and owners title insurance policies through Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, with whom we have been an agent for the last seven years.  

       We are serious about getting our closing transactions RIGHT the first time...or, fixing any problems BEFORE we get to the closing table.  Our service is excellent, and our fees are very competitive.  In just over four years in the Elizabethtown area, we have increased our transactional business by over three hundred (300%) percent.  Call for quotes, or use the Title Order Form on this Website.
